The excellent standards of Care, Dignity, Cleanliness, Comfortable rooms, Health and Wellbeing are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble to ask and everyone ensured my father was happy and comfortable in his stay. They all treated my father with respect and also they had a laugh and gave him lots of attention. My father sadly passed away yesterday and the love, care and dignity that was shown by them is beyond words. Everything was organised for the family and I know they were all upset at his passing. The Management Team and all the staff in the Home are amazing and I cannot wish for a fantastic place for my father to have spent his last few weeks in."

"I moved into Franklin House in 2012. The staff are excellent. The home is very friendly, the entertainment is fantastic, we always have a good time and a sing-along. The staff take me out when I want to go for a curry. I would not want to live anywhere else."
